Our Story

Against the backdrop of the Hong Kong Fashion Fest, FASHION TO RECONNECT: A Tale of Two Style Capitals is a cultural exchange project celebrating the power of fashion, art, and sustainability in reconnecting these concepts and the two regions. It is co-organised by the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the City University of Hong Kong, in partnership with Cittadellarte Fondazione Pistoletto and Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, and supported by the Consulate General of Italy. The project features nine Hong Kong designers and fifteen Italian designers in an exhibition curated by Tiziano Guardini and organised by Cittadellarte Fondazione Pistoletto in partnership with Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana. The exhibition embodies the essence of Hong Kong and Italy’s rich cultural tapestry, while serving as a platform to amplify their contributions to sustainable fashion on a global stage.
